Thankful

Hey! Just wanted to let everyone know Im having a great time here. Got the chance to preach 2 nights ago. It was in one of the believer's home. Ive been able to visit an ancient city here in Bhaktapur. And even had 7 children follow me screaming "Hello!! One rupie!" over and over again. Haha. All I could do was laugh. But its really not as funny as it was sad. I have never seen so many children in poverty in my life. They are living on the streets. They have nothing but each other..which proves to be just enough to help them survive. They are family really. There is nothing like having a friend to stick by you. I am thankful today for my best friend Kirby. I have never met anyone so loving and spiritually discerning.
Anyways, I may not have many chances to keep my blog as I normally have. Where we are going does not have good Internet service. But no worries, everything is fine ;)
I will update when I get the chance. Love yall so very much
PS Ive been reading Isaiah 53. Wow. It has spoken to me. The sacrifice Jesus made for me...He came to free me from the devil's work. He loved me so much that He gave His life for me, and now I am to give mine for others. 1 Jn. 3:16 has been good too.....oh man there is so much more I am learning...but I have such a short time on the Internet....gotta go..time to eat

Wow,.... I'm so happy that you are doing great... keep it that way :) . I think it is awesome that you are reading about friends. Someone you can count on when your at your lowest, someone to share your fellings, good and bad. Someone to be there through think and thin of crisis. Best friends like David and Jonathan. One that will face the wrath of another for your cause, even unto the point of risking death. one you can cry with, and confide in.

There is so much more I want to write about a best friend. I thank God that you have someone like that who is founded in Christ. Kirby thank you for that!
I love you both,
Dad

Tova - I miss you and love you very much! Thankful - an attitude we should maintain at all times - how much better our lives would be if we keet a thankful heart to God and all He does for us each day.

I hope you were able to record your preaching or at least kept your notes about it so we can see them later.

Giving our lives for others - awesome - a servant's heart - first I give my life to Jesus then He shows me how to give my life to others so they can do the same.

200 girls in Canada made a commitment to live their lives modeling Amy's life! I know this is just the beginning and God is using her life and death to start a revolution in young girls around the world in reaching the lost.

I am glad you are learning and growing so much and having a great time in Nepal. Love you and miss you very much!

Yeah preach it girl! I can definately see you breaking those chains of bondage and setting the captives free with your preaching! I miss you. I got your text, and good call. : ) I just gave your blog site to the band today. Things are going good here in School of Worship. We are writing a lot of good songs and will be recording in the next few weeks so that's been a focus lately with us here at TM. Last night we had a POWERFUL worship service. I led worship with most of the peeps you met and God's presence was so thick, it was great. The Holy Spirit has been doing a work here at Teen Mania, so much more freedom compared to the past years.
I'm pursuing going to Italy this summer with GE as a TL. We'll see how that goes. I love you and miss you.
