I will not leave you orphans

I am so moved as I am about to leave for the children's home. Yesterday I was reading a passage in Isaiah. It is where the Lord is talking to Jersusalem, his beloved.
"Yet Jerusalem says, 'The Lord has deserted us; the Lord has forgotten us.' 'Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne? But even if that were possible, I would not forget you! See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands"--Isaiah 49:14-16

This is how God loves us because of Jesus and what He did on the cross for us. The Lord has not forgotten us. And the Lord has not forgotten those who have been abandoned and rejected by their parents. He will find a way to help them. I thank God for people like David and Sony Sagar who work dilligently and give their lives to help as the Lord would if He were physically walking on the Earth as a human. These precious servants are truly God's hands and feet.

I encourage you today to love on someone who may be poor or in need. Let the Lord use you to show His love. Just be mindful of the people around you and ask God to give you an opportunity to bless someone today and show His love.

Check out the link pasted below. This is Bro Rick's website where he has information regarding the children's home. This is where I will be staying for a week. You can actually see each child's profile. I will be living and eating with these children. I hope to be able to show them as much love as I possibly can. They deserve it. I pray you are as moved as I was when I read their stories and saw their faces.

He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.

Oh that is good!!! HOW I NEEDED that!!

-Soak it all IN, meditate on it all; so when you come back you will be able to express all that Dios let you feel& see; in such a way that every heart who hears your story will be moved!! hee hee that is if you do return ;}
I am sure it is going to be hard to leave the children's home..sniffle...

I watched something called Water. It is a movie that exposes the life of a Brahmin widow-for what it truly is! The extremist groups tried with death threats, arson, and riots to stop the production of the movie...but how could any one who has seen the truth remain silent.The movie is centered around an 8 year old girl who becomes one.

I have heard about hindu widow rules but i never knew.

The movie confronts the hindu faith and society's prejudices!! (All during Gandhi's rise of influence)

I watched it only a few minutes ago-it was painful to see their suffering all in the name of false religion.
And was almost unbearable to imagine it!...i began weep for them,I remembered the scriptures...Psalms 68 where it says he is the Defender of the orphans and the windows...And then Isaiah 49 and 53!!!

o how my heart cries out for them... i found out that there are 34 million of them! I cant even imagine how may beggar children&opharns there must be?
It is amazing to think that He knows them all by name...

Do you know if there are laws passed to protect widows?

Have you passed by a widow ashram,could you describe one to me?
